Private transfer to Monaco

Nice Airport to Monaco transfer: price, travel time and private driver

35 to 45 minutes from €135 in a sedan: the two routes into the Principality, Grand Prix and Yacht Show weeks, and the addresses we cover.

A transfer from Nice Airport to Monaco covers 30 to 40 km depending on the route and takes 35 to 45 minutes. With KB Luxury Driver it starts at €135 in a sedan during the day, and the price of each vehicle is shown before you confirm.

Two ways into the Principality

The fastest follows the A8 motorway to the Monaco exit, then drops down into the Principality. It is the default route, especially on weekdays.

The other hugs the sea along the Basse Corniche: Villefranche-sur-Mer, Beaulieu, Èze-sur-Mer, then into Monaco through Cap-d’Ail. Fewer kilometres, but more traffic lights and bends. It makes sense when the motorway is blocked, or if you want to see the coast on the way in.

How much is a Nice Airport to Monaco transfer?

During the day, allow €135 in a Tesla Model Y. Prices for the Sedan Premium, Luxe, Van and Van Premium are listed on the Nice Airport to Monaco transfer page.

Two things change the fare: the time (a €20 supplement between 9 pm and 7 am) and the vehicle. The number of passengers makes no difference as long as everyone fits.

Grand Prix and Yacht Show weeks

In late May or early June depending on the year, the Formula 1 Grand Prix closes part of the city to traffic around Port Hercule and the Casino, several days before the race. In September, the Monaco Yacht Show takes over the port.

During those weeks, book early and give a precise address: your driver will not always be able to stop outside the hotel and will drop you at the closest access point.

Addresses we cover

Monte-Carlo and its hotels (Hôtel de Paris, Hermitage, Métropole, Fairmont), Fontvieille, Larvotto, La Condamine, the port quays for a yacht: every address in the Principality is covered, as are Beausoleil and Roquebrune-Cap-Martin on the French side.

FAQ

Is there a border to cross into Monaco?

There is no permanent checkpoint on the road between Nice and Monaco, but spot checks do happen: carry ID.

Does the ride back from Monaco to the airport cost the same?

Not always: it is priced at its own time. Leaving Monaco at 5 am for a morning flight includes the night supplement.

Helicopter or car from the airport?

The helicopter reaches the Fontvieille heliport in a few minutes, but luggage is limited and you still need a car to your address. A car takes you door to door with your suitcases, and we track your flight on arrival.

Can I keep the driver for the evening?

Yes, on an hourly basis. Email or call us for a quote.
